By using any website or app (application, such as for a smart device) by Free Minds Thrive, LLC (also referred to as Free Minds Thrive) — including HomeschoolerHouse.com, FreeMindsThrive.com, YourThrivingLegacy.com, and others — you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to any of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, please do not access HomeschoolerHouse.com or any other Free Minds Thrive sites or services.

• Sales Funnels: On some of our websites and for some of our promotional (and other) campaigns, we utilize “sales funnels” (and other “funnel” types) to collect, organize and track the information you provide to us in order to follow-up via email (and other means) to communicate updates, new offers, follow-up info, and more. We utilize services by Go High Level for these services on several of our websites and pages.

• To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when purchasing a ticket only to provide service to that purchase. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Site who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. How you consent to sharing your information (and how to withdraw consent)

Information from Children

Free Minds Thrive, LLC’s sites are not targeted to or intended for use by children. Free Minds Thrive will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent. For our children’s products and services, a legal adult is expected to be making such purchases and judging appropriateness for their child(ren). Additionally, any information or media shared on HomeschoolerHouse.com by an adult using the site is the responsibility of that adult user, including information they choose to share about their own family and/or children.

Information from non-USA persons

Free Minds Thrive, LLC’s sites are intended for use by people in the United States of America. Our sites and services are not targeted to or intended for use by non-USA persons. Free Minds Thrive will never knowingly request personally identifiable information online from anyone who lives outside the USA. By using our sites and services, you are stating that reside in the United States of America and not another country. This is your responsibility.

Transfer of Assets

In the case of company acquisition, personally identifiable information and non-personal information we have about our users may be transferred to and used by this acquiring entity. 

Trademarks

Unless otherwise noted or displayed in some way, all materials show publicly on our sites including images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and written material are copyrights, trademarks, names, logos, service marks, and trade names are owned by Free Minds Thrive. Any such media or content not owned or registered by Free Minds Thrive will be content made by others but available for commercial and public use (or we will have otherwise obtained licenses or approval for use).

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Third party services and storage of your data

We use various third party tools and services to run the different areas of our business. The primary services and tools we use, all of which collect and store your data in some way when you interact with and do business with our company (in order to provide their service to us), include: WordPress, Passion.io, Etsy, Go High Level, Calendly, Google Drive, Zoom, Google Meet, PandaDoc, Square, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Evernote, and more. Each of these company’s provides their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies for you to look at (on their respective websites) if you would like more information. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Age of Consent

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. We do not control this information embedded in image files you share, so please keep this in mind.
